I was always fascinated with anything that had wheels. I use to jump "make shift" ramps on my BMX in the street of our neighborhood. My first motorized machine was a mini bike that my mom bought me. I tried to keep up with my friend Randy's Suzuki motocross bike at the time, but it wasn't happenin'.

My dad purchased my first true motocross bike for me when I was 11 years old. It was a CR80R. When I was 15 years old, my dad made a deal with me, that if I attained certain grades in school he would buy me a Kawasaki KX 125. Well - I got a used Team Green set -up, KX 125 and was thrilled. I didn't know about MX tracks at the time, so we rode in the sandy orange groves of California for hours a day.

My friend Bill Ziesk introduced me to my first actual Motocross track in 2006 and I have been hooked ever since. My first time on a Motocross track was the day that I raced. It was at Byron Motosports Park in Illinois. I couldn't even make it around the track in practice.

I now race a 2009 KX250F & 450F. I am fortunate to have a great team, helping me to constantly, improve; Brad Jerominski (Club57MX.Com) who has worked with me for six years, Drew Whitehead (Barone Spinal Care & Performance) is my Fitness Trainer. My daughters love going to the races and are very supportive. Gary Bailey, Colleen Millsaps and her team at MTF have also been an important part of my development.

I believe God has put the people in my path to help me with my fitness, skills, safety, bikes and equipment.
